Every ELEVATE experience is designed using The Joy Method, our research-backed framework built around five elevated emotional states: joy, awe, gratitude, compassion and contentment.
Drawing on research into how emotions influence wellbeing, creativity and social connection, we design shared experiences through four pillars: making, movement, the senses and shared attention.

THE FOUNDER
"Because joy saved my life."
After 15 years working in fashion across Australia and New York, Jacqueline Monitto's life took an unexpected turn.
A serious medical emergency in 2024 changed everything, including the way she thought about what makes a good life.
What followed was a deep curiosity about joy, the science behind it and why we leave so little room for it in adulthood.
That curiosity became ELEVATE.
